1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using KopiPOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
KopiPOS provides point of sale software, hardware integration, inventory management, and related services tailored for UMKM and small businesses. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or KopiPOS cancels it.
4. Accounts and Security
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KopiPOS and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Indonesia and foreign countries.
6. Limitation of Liability
KopiPOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
